"History of Washington and Ozaukee Counties, Wisconsin," published in 1881 by Western Historical Company. pg 729 Chrles Miller, druggist, Kewaskum; was born in Bavaria, Germany, in 1840; he came to this country in 1867; he was engaged in his present business in Germany; his first location in theis country was in the town of Barton; he went to Milwaukee in 1870 and engaged in the drug business; came to Kewaskum in 1874. His wife was Katie Reck, a daughter of Hobart Reck, who was a soldier in the Union army, and lost his life in the war. Mr. and Mrs. Miller have three children-Louise, Meda and Edward.
